These past 2 weeks or so, the weather had been great (which is very unusual for Belgium). The temperature was in the 80's F or high 20's C. It's been really sunny and warm and wonderful for me. I'm loving this weather and has been missing it BIG TIME since Fall last year.
This past weekend was a long weekend (3 days) because Monday was a Holiday. So we ate "ice cweam" (that's how Ilyah says 'ice cream') and stripped down the kids.
I can tell they're my kids because even though they have a fair skin (because of daddy), they don't burn and turn red (like dad) but get tanned fairly easily. Actually, Taiamani was born with a somewhat dark skin complexion (don't know if I spelled it right), unlike Ilyah who is WHITE (we sometimes call his "snowflake"). I also got some of my color back because I've been walking under the sun from school and back. We are definitely enjoying the sunny weather.
Unfortunately, it doesn't last because as I write this, the weather outside is very grey and I've seen the rest of the week, and it's not good.

Wow what a difference this post compared to the last one. I know I love the warm weather. We finally are getting into the 80's for today then the weekend looking toasty 90's. I so love it. Now I can plant flowers and work on my garden. BTW those pictures are way cute. Good Job girl :)
Vaitiare!!! The pictures are SO good! You keep getting better and better. I love the one of Manni laying in the grass, and also the one with Juri and Illyah, oooh, and I also love the one with Juri and the kids with the dandelions....okay, so I love them all! I wish you were here to photograph my kids! You are so talented. I am glad the sun is shining, even if it's momentarily. Doesn't warm weather make all the difference?!
Your kids are gorgeous! It makes me laugh that you say they are white. I think my half Tahitians are whiter than yours! That must make mine ghosts! Hey maybe people would think our kids are related since they have Tahitian features (eyes, noses, etc.) but are pretty white. I don't know, either way your kids are adorable!
I am glad it has warmed up for you! Hopefully your summer will be a nice warm one so you can thaw out before next winter!
