I'm a bit late on this but last thursday, we celebrated Ilyah's birthday. My baby boy just turned 2. Actually we celebrated it on saturday, we got the cake (a GREAT chocolate cake) and his gift. Every time we would go to school, he would always run to other people's bicycle. So we decided to go to the toy store and pick one for him. He test drove one and cruised with it throughout the store, he was doing extremely well and was very comfortable. Now, we were faced with a dilemma. Taiamani kept claiming it was her birthday too and that she wanted a bicycle. If we get ONE, they would keep fighting over it. So to avoid that, we got one bicycle for her too.
I can't believe my "baby" is two already and that it's been already 2 years that I went to the hospital and gave birth to him. The memories are still very fresh in my mind.

Happy Birthday to Ilyah wow the big 2. I know isn't it crazy how fast they grow. We sure need to cherish every moment we spend with our little ones.
BTW the chocolate cake looks so yummy!
