General Conference

Like any other LDS, we watched the 178th Annual General Conference on our computer. Being in Europe, we don't get to watch it on TV. Also, as we were asked by the General Authorities, we went to the Chapel on Saturday to sustain the new Prophet.

The Conference, as always, was great, with great speakers giving amazing talks. However, I would love to , one day, watch the Conference at the same time as in Utah. Ever since I've been a member of the Church, I've always watched it from 6am to 8am and 10am to noon. Now that we're in Europe, it's from 6pm to 8pm and 10pm to midnight.
Last night, I was just dead tired and fell asleep at 11:30pm. Juri told me this morning that I've missed Elder Ballard's talk, which was great about family. I felt really sad so we decided to watch it for Family Home Evening, monday night.

General Conference is always a great experience and most of the questions that I have in mind are answered during conference.
I'm already looking forward for the October's conference. How fortunate are we to have the Gospel in our life as well as a Prophet and Apostles to guide us in this life and help us be righteous and return to Heavenly Father.
