HARIBO macht kinder froh...

Our first stop and the main motivation we headed to Bonn was to visit the Haribo store. The gummy bear is the symbol of Haribo.

The kids and I were amazed at the wide variety  and the amount of candies there were. Juri and I were walking through the aisles picking packages after packages and throwing them in the cart. We might have bought close to 5kg (11lbs) of candies, which will last for probably (and hopefully) a year. I should have taken a picture of our cart.
When we got home we did gave some away for our neighbors and friends, it's Christmas, a giving time.

I was very surprised that the kids didn't care much about the candies once they saw these.
We stayed for at least an hour in that store and they didn't even helped us picking the candies. They played there the whole time, while Papa and Mama were having fun sampling the candies.
