Planckendael Zoo

I have been SUPER busy this past week practicing photography with my neighbor and trying to soak up the sun as much as I can, you never know with the belgian weather.
Anyway, here are some pics from our outing at the Planckendael zoo in Mechelen. It has a lot of adventure points where kids can have fun along with discovering different animals. It wasn't the best zoo but as long as the kids were happy, that's all that matters.








We really had a fun time with these little monkeys. We were eating apples at that time so the monkeys were trying to get our snacks. We then decided to feed them some pieces to attract them to us so that the kids would be able to take a closer look at them. Taiamani and Moehani were a bit scared but not Ilyah; he's a toughy. This was the highlight of our day.
As we were coming out of the monkey area, I noticed a sign saying not to feed the animals. OOPS!!!
