Heard and Seen

I've seen posts like that on a few blogs and always wanted to do it, but I tend to forget to write them down.
Here are some that happened recently enough that I still remember them.

Heard
Me drinking from Juri's cup of soda and making a funny face because I'm not used to soda, it burns my tongue (I drink way too much water: at least 3 L /day)
Ilyah: "Mama bobo on your tongue?" I nod
Taiamani: "It's spicy?"
Me: "Yeah"
Taiamani: "Then don't drink it, mom!"

Heard (Juri told me)
Juri and the kids went grocery shopping. They pass by an older man whose pants are quite low.
Taiamani, pointing, giggling and being so loud: "Papa, look! Booty!"
Good thing she said it in english.

Seen
We did a photoshoot of the kids last sunday. I was taking a picture of Taiamani. Then I hear Ilyah calling and crying for help. Here's why:


Heard
While having dinner
Taiamani: "I'm eating like a princess"
Me: "Good job"
Taiamani: "I'm beautiful like a princess"
Juri: "What about Papa?"
Taiamani: "You're beautiful too"
